As a Christ-centered ministry there are biblical principles woven throughout our curriculum and daily schedule. We design learning to be through a biblical point of view. At the Rock, we see children as a unique gift from God and we consider it our joy and privilege to minister to children and partner with families in growing up children who are friends of Jesus. Our vision is to build strong foundation in young children’s lives. These solid foundations are built through growing relationships with Christ, family, and community, while encouraging the development of their spiritual, intellectual, and physical being. The Rock Pre-k Center accepts children regardless of race, color, national origin, s*x, creed, political persuasion, ancestry, or handicapping conditions. If a child has a special need, weather it be physical, social, emotional, or behavioral, we will do everything in our power to help that child be successful. Oftentimes we refer families to community outreach organizations such as Family Service and Guidance Center and special education programs offered by the local school district. We then work closely and partner parents and with that organization to provide excellent care for children.
