Congratulations to Aaron Williams and Keegan Norburg on their 14th place finish at the Indiana FFA State Small Engines Contest!

These boys worked hard practicing to get ready for this contest, and it showed! At state they had to assemble and run an engine, complete tool and part ID, work through 4 skills stations, and complete a customer service scenario.

Proud of the hard work and dedication they put in to represent our chapter. Great job boys!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped put on the contest and to Bane-Welker Equipment for providing the facilities!

National FFA Week Recap (better late than never!)

What a week! Our school was full of FFA spirit with fun dress up days that had everyone at Westview joining in.

We celebrated and gave back with a teacher appreciation lunch and popcorn, a chapter lunch with great memories, and even a visit from Erianna, Indiana FFA State Officer! Then, we helped out at the Paydirt Conference at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds.

We wrapped up the week with church at Shore Church and finished with chapter bowling.

A huge shoutout to everyone who contributed to our Paws for a Cause donation drive.

FFA Week 2026 was full of leadership, service, and community.

Westview FFA members competed in the Regional Livestock Judging Contest on Friday, April 17th, where they evaluated classes of cattle, swine, and sheep and gave reasons for their placings.

Hadleigh Bontreger placed 88th, and Bryndle Bontrager placed 93rd.

Congratulations, ladies, on a job well done!
