Did you know United Way of Kaw Valley now has a Community Resource Navigator program? Our neighbors in Shawnee and Douglas counties can receive help in person or over the phone from our navigators, who are also trained Community Health Workers. Check the comments for a link to their August schedules.

Named in honor of Mr. Dale Cushinberry, a retired educator and administrator whose passion for serving children and strengthening our community continues to inspire us today, this event celebrates the power of coming together to ensure every student has the resources they need for a successful school year.

We're grateful to our partners at the Community Unite Foundation and SparkWheel for providing backpacks, school supplies, and valuable resources to support our students and families as they head back to school. 🎒
