Blue Peak High School Blue Peak High School is Tooele County School District’s only alternative high school. Our school is a fully accredited high school.

The school is housed in the Community Learning Center.

Yesterday afternoon was a Pizza Luncheon and Celebration for some of our Blue Peak students and their parents. Several students were awarded Completion Certificates. Congratulations students!! Thank you for your support parents! And, thank you staff for all your hard work this past school year! [KT]

Upcoming Dates of Importance: Monday evening (tomorrow) @ 6:30 pm is our Blue Peak Graduation Ceremony in the gymnasium. Wednesday, May 24th is a "Virtual Day for students." There will be no busses running to and from the CLC on this day. Thursday, May 25th is the last day of school for students. We will be on Early Release Schedule. School dismisses at 11:10 am. Busses will drop-off students in the morning and pick-up students at 11:10. There are no CLC CTE Classes on this day. Have a wonderful Summer everyone! 2022-2023 has been an awesome school year! Last Saturday, April 29th was the "Game Jam" activity here at the CLC. The teacher supervisors of this activity were Mr. Allan Erichsen-- Engineering and Robotics Teacher, Mr. Jon Black-- Computer Science Teacher, and Mr. Eric Broadbent-- Programming and Mobile Apps Teacher. All are teachers here at BPHS/CLC! 17 Student Teams competed in this event. Awesome! The theme for this competition was Unchartered. Great work students and teachers!! [KT]

Today we begin our ASPIRE Testing for 10th grade Blue Peak students. English Language Arts Testing is today and tomorrow. Testing will be done in 10th Grade English classes. Reading Testing is April 25th and 26th also done in 10th Grade English Classes. Science Testing is May 3rd and 4th done in Science classes. Math Testing is May 9th and 10th and will be done in Math classes. ASPIRE Testing concludes on Friday, May 12th. If you would like your 10th Grade student to opt-out of the state adopted ASPIRE Testing, please come by our Main Office and complete an "opt-out form." Thanks! [KT]

Tomorrow from 3:00 - 7:00 pm are Parent Teacher Conferences here at BPHS/CLC. We hope our students and parents/guardians are able to attend. At 6:00 pm in the Commons is a meeting for all 2023 Blue Peak Graduates and their parents/guardians. See you tomorrow afternoon or evening! [KT]
