Today at practice we had an amazing surprise visitor. My friend, Michael J. Billoni came by and talked to the boys. We enjoyed hearing the history of the football program and the entire group was totally impressed.

Ohara went into the legends in the making tournament being ranked 21st out of 24 teams. The Boys played so well they finished in the top 8 losing to the eventual tournament champions. On the Day the O'Hara Hawks finished 3-3 playing the top teams (2,4,5 in rankings)
The Boys had a gauntlet to play. 3 games in a row at our home field then had to move over to sweethome and play 3 games in a row.

Overall over the last 2 weeks these boys have made the playoffs in 2 7v7 tournaments after being ranked last or almost last.

Us as coaches couldn't be more proud of the boys.
And we heard so many times what a great culture your building.

We started a DOG award for players that excel in a game.

The Hawks did great today. We played 3 of the top 100 teams in NYS and we won 1 lost 2 but should have won one of the 2 losses. I am very impressed with this start. Our lineman rocked it at the lineman camp also..

These seniors. Peyton, Eli, Jaden, Rich. Bryan, King, Nate, Josh, Caleb, they are Family and always will be..

The young Hawks won 2 games to 1 and showed up really well.

While the Past was so much fun, its great to say the Future is bright.
