Congratulations Lina & Lucy! 💛

High fives to the kids who accepted my summer reading challenge – then smashed it out of the park! May these little ones continue learning, and may they always love books.

We’re getting closer! 🎉

We need to sell 30 more tickets to keep A “Knight” at the Disco going until 11:00 PM, and we’ve already sold 7!

That means we only have 23 more to go! 🪩💃🕺

Help us keep the bar open, the music playing, and the dance floor going for another hour!

Grab your tickets, invite some friends, and help us reach our goal!

Yesterday, we welcomed Doogie Horner, author and illustrator of The Adventures of Invisible Boy! He gave our students a behind the scenes look at how he creates his graphic novels, from the first idea to the finished story.

Doogie also signed books for students who ordered them and even took time to check out our 6th graders’ own graphic novel projects! 🎨📖

Thank you, Doogie, for sharing your creativity with our students and inspiring our young writers and artists! 💙💛

🍂 Our 8th graders enjoyed a beautiful Fall Retreat at Don Miller Park! Students participated in a Liturgy of the Word with Deacon Mike, spent time team bonding in small groups, and enjoyed the fresh autumn air together. It was a wonderful day of faith, friendship, reflection, and fun! 🍁💙💛

The game featured several JV call up players, including Grayson, Caleb, and Jack. Grayson had 2 singles, 2 RBI, and 5 stolen bases. Jack added 2 singles and 2 RBI, while Caleb caught the entire game and finished with 2 singles, a double, and 3 RBI!

Our 6th graders scored 7 of the Knights’ 15 runs, showing that St. Amelia Baseball has a bright future!
