As always, I hope this finds everyone well. I have some sad news to pass along. Our classmate Ken Sanford just passed away after a long, difficult battle with Alzheimer's disease. Ken is survived by his wife and 3 sons. Please keep Ken and his family in your prayers.

Hello, All! As always, I hope this finds everyone well and coming off an enjoyable holiday weekend. We're now 2 months away from our 53rd Class Reunion, so it's time to put it together. Here are this year's details:
THE MAIN EVENT:
DATE: Saturday, September 6, 2025- 2:00 p.m. until Old People Bedtime
LOCATION: Bill Heisler's house, 867 Briarcliff Drive, Toms River
THE PARTY: B**r, w**e, soda, water, BBQ Dinner buffet. Pool will be open.
COST: $50 per person. I'm on Venmo- -HEISLER-8- and Zelle- [email protected].
Cash always works and there are some of you whose checks I'll even take. We don't want anyone missing out because money is a problem- contact me directly by email or phone call/text at 732-814-4820. I have ways of working it out and it's completely confidential- attorney-client privilege applies.
FRIDAY, SEPT. 5 STUFF:
6:00- Water Street Bar & Grill- since the 40th reunion, we've had a Friday evening gathering at Water Street. We'll do that again.
GOLF & BOWLING: Some years people have played golf or gone bowling the day before the reunion. If you're interested in doing either one, let me know- if we have enough people interested, I'll set it up.
ZOOM:
After last year's debacle (apparently Zoom is not my thing) one of our more Zoom savvy classmates will set up a Zoom meeting for classmates who can't physically attend but want to touch base. It will probably be around 3:00 Eastern Time Saturday afternoon.
RSVP:
Please let me know as soon as possible if you plan on attending. If you know for sure you can't attend, please let me know that ASAP as well. It cuts down on the number of sarcastic emails I have to send in August to get some of you to reply.

I look forward to hearing from you and, as the song says, "See You In September". In the meantime, be well and stay safe, Old Friends.

More sad news. Our classmate, Jim Chapin, Jim Chapin passed away on March 30th. He was 70. Jim was well known in the New Jersey stock car racing community. Here's a link to his obituary:

Our classmate, Joana Zbranak Bailey, passed away May 1 in Florida after a long battle with cancer and other health problems. Joana turned 71 just 2 weeks ago. Please keep Joana, her husband Geoff and their family in your prayers. Joana & Geoff attended every reunion from the 10th through the 40th.
