Dr. Mark Hyman, one of my earliest teachers in functional medicine decades ago, has something important to share. It’s inspiring to see how his philosophy of health and wellness has continued to evolve over the years, reminding us that true healing is a lifelong journey of learning and growth.

I look to my left and see the breathtaking beauty of God’s gift in a delicate flower. I look up and to my right and see a turkey vulture, often overlooked, yet just as much a part of His magnificent creation.
Nature reminds me that God’s artistry is found not only in what we call beautiful, but in every living thing He has made. When we see creation through His eyes, we find wonder, purpose, and gratitude everywhere. The Healing Way with Donna Cetroni
