By popular demand, here’s Erica Farmer’s pasta salad recipe everyone was asking about! 🥗

Tri- colored pasta
Mini mozzarella pearls
Banana peppers ( Jarred)
Tri-color peppers ( sliced thin )
Parmesan cheese
Mini cucumbers ( sliced )
Mini tomatoes

Cook pasta al dente -

Make sure pasta is cooled after cooking - rinse with cold water .

Dressing : in a separate container mix
1/4 cup cold water
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil 1/2 cup
1 tsp crushed pepper
Italian season

Adjust all seasonings to taste

Mix cooled pasta with dressing and adjust to taste , add more olive oil and water for a more moistened pasta

Cool a day before serving

We kicked off Teacher Appreciation Week with a coffee & juice bar paired with a breakfast spread featuring gluten-free sausage, chick-fil-a, & fresh fruit. Staff also had the chance to enter a raffle for some awesome prizes, including gift baskets thanks to Align Athletics, Alodia Sports Academy, and Texas Roadhouse, along with gift cards.
To keep the groovy vibes going, staff received fun “groovy goodies” thanks to DrinkLMNT energy packets, Gringo's Mexican Kitchen voucher, and can coolers from a PTO member ☕✨
