Calling all girls in grades 6–8! 💙 Join the Freeman Fine Arts Middle School Girls Volleyball Club and learn the basics of volleyball, build your skills, and practice great sportsmanship! 🏐🙌

📅 Starting October 22, 2026
⏰ Thursday & Friday mornings 7:30–8:30 AM
👟 Wear athletic clothes, tennis shoes, and knee pads.
📝 Permission slips are available from Mrs. Raymond.

Before tryouts begin, make sure you have:
✔️ Completed your Aktivate account
✔️ Obtained your required sports physical
✔️ Completed the required concussion quiz

🚨 IMPORTANT: A completed Aktivate account is REQUIRED to participate in tryouts. Please take care of these requirements ahead of time so you’re ready to go!

🦅💚 SAFETY SUNDAY | BACK TO SCHOOL EDITION! 💙

Fall break is officially coming to an end, Falcons! 🍂✨ We’re excited to welcome everyone back to campus tomorrow! As we settle back into our school routines, let’s take a moment to refresh a few important safety reminders.

🚗 Arrival & Dismissal: Please follow our school’s drop-off and pick-up procedures, watch for students in crosswalks, and remain alert in busy school zones.

🚶🏽‍♀️ Walking on Campus: Use designated walkways and crosswalks, follow staff directions, and keep an eye out for friends and fellow Falcons.

👀 Stay Alert: Whether you’re driving, walking, or riding with family, put distractions away and keep safety first.

💚 Be Ready to Learn: A great first day back starts with being prepared, arriving safely, and showing kindness to those around us.

No school this week, but safety never takes a break! 😉🧡

Whether you’re traveling, hanging out with friends and family, enjoying some fall activities, or simply catching up on some much-needed rest, keep these safety reminders in mind:

🚗 Buckle up! Every ride, every time.
📱 Stay aware! Keep your eyes up and your phone down when walking or crossing streets.
🍁 Look out for each other! Stay with your group and let someone know where you’re going.
🔥 Play it safe! Use extra caution around fire pits, candles, and other fall activities.
🎃 Have fun responsibly! Make smart choices and look out for yourself and those around you.

🌏🇵🇭 A little glimpse into the Philippines! 🇵🇭

Ms. Recaforte shared a glimpse of her culture and traditions from the Philippines. Our students were curious, asked so many fun questions, and enjoyed learning something new! They also had a blast playing traditional Filipino games together. 💕🎉

What a fun way to celebrate culture, learning, and our classroom community! 🌎✨
