PSA Tolland Stage Road: closed for remodel A child care center providing quality education through the arts with a flexible day. Open M-F, 6:45 am to 5:45 pm. Music and art taught daily, dance and Spanish taught weekly all with specialists. Curriculum is designed using Connecticut benchmarks for Early Childhood Education. Three locations: 684 Tolland Stage Rd.,

Tolland and 20 Church St., Ellington serve children 3 and over; 685 Old Post Rd., Tolland serves children 6 weeks through school age.
