Favorite Team Day for Spirit Week 🏈 Arabella was my only other 🦅 Eagles fan!

Field Trip to Providence Metropark. We rode and learned all about canal boats, toured a lumber and flour mill, and enjoyed a chilly but lovely fall day out in nature!

Building classroom community the first week is always so much fun! In this team relay race, called “Noodling Around”, students got comfortable being silly with each other while trying to get small noodles onto their long noodle without using their hands! 😁

Over the summer, family & friends of mine donated to “adopt” a student to be their 📚Book Buddy💙 for the year. Students will receive a book each month from their Book Buddy to keep!

Students were so excited to learn who their Book Buddy is and about their first book “How Do Dinosaurs Go to School?” 🦖Thank you, Book Buddies! ⭐️

Our newest student, Aniya, got sorted into her House today!

In true House-of-Friendship fashion, her Amistad classmates welcomed her with so much enthusiasm and kindness! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I saw so much kindness displayed today in 3A!

💙 La’Niyah took Reveur in the lead by earning +4 House points for giving a friend a hug who announced, "I need my bucket filled!"

🖤 Avantika earned Altruismo (LET’S GO!) a point for asking a friend to join her group at recess to play a board game.

🖤 Roman showing up for the Black House as well today with his hugs and high fives trying to make everyone smile!

❤️ Remiah’s generosity earned Amistad a well deserved point.

💚 Ka’Marion coming through for Isibindi on his birthday today earning a point for showing citizenship in the classroom.
