As a residency training department we get to make lasting relationships with great people who go out into the world to become great doctors. We love getting to watch the learning and growing of future doctors.

Help me congratulate Dr. Calvin Motika for being selected as a 2018-2019 ASA Global Humanitarian Outreach Scholarship recipient! He will be headed to either a CURE Hospital in Ethiopia, Uganda, Malawi or Kenya or a GHO affiliated site in Rwanda or Guyana. Making Toledo proud!

The residents participated in Dr Stroud's yearly patient positioning simulation. It allows the residents to develop some appreciate for various positioning while under anesthesia and emphasize patient comfort and safety.
