The SCOPE Program at the University of Toledo grants remote access to scientific instruments for free.

The SCOPE (Scientists Changing Our Pre-college Education) Program was founded in 2010 by the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Toledo. This program utilizes a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and a Confocal Light Microscope.
