This is a wonderful opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to bring creative, impactful ideas to life that advance learning, research, and engagement at UToledo. Since 2008, W&P members have contributed more than $700,000 to 25 transformative initiatives across campus, and we’re thrilled to continue that legacy in 2026. 💛

Join the UToledo Retirees Association on Jan. 13 at 1 p.m. for an exciting presentation as Tedd Long, curator of Holy Toledo History, guides us through gripping tales of crime, justice, and the notorious figures who once ruled Toledo’s streets., including infamous gangsters like Pretty Boy Floyd, Baby Face Nelson and Machine Gun Kelly.

UTAA - Events Join The UToledo Retirees Association for a captivating journey into Toledo’s colorful past, where gangsters and law enforcement once clashed in dramatic fashion. Our guide for this historical adventure is none other than Tedd Long, chief storyteller and curator of Holy Toledo History.

This morning, members of Women & Philanthropy at The University of Toledo visited the wig bank at Renee's Survivor Shop, a project our members proudly helped fund through the 2024 Holiday Project.

Located within the Eleanor N. Dana Cancer Center, this meaningful resource offers patients comfort, confidence, and care, a reminder that compassion and community are powerful forces in the fight against cancer.

We also had the opportunity to hear from some of the Dana Cancer team members including Renée Schick and Dr. Hadziahmetovic.

Moments like these highlight the incredible impact of philanthropy in action and the strength of the UToledo community working together to make a difference.
