Horizon Science Academy Springfield North is excited to announce the opening of our brand new Preschool Program! 🎉📚

We are thrilled to begin serving our youngest learners as they take their very first steps into their educational journey. 🧡💙

✨ Program Highlights:
• Full-Day Program
• Tuition-Free
• Small Class Sizes
• Safe, Supportive Learning Environment

📌 Important Details:
• Two preschool classrooms with limited enrollment
• Students must be 4 years old by August 19, 2026
• Students must be fully potty trained
• Preschool students will follow a school-appropriate dress code, but uniforms are not required

Our Kindergarten students had a WILD time last week! 🐾✨

As part of their Alphabet Countdown, W is for Wild Animals, they celebrated with a field trip to the Toledo Zoo! 🦁🐒

Students loved exploring, seeing so many different animals up close, and learning all about them along the way. It was a day full of excitement, curiosity, and hands-on learning!

Learning comes to life at HSAS… and this trip was definitely one to remember! 💙🧡

Our HSAS Wizards took on Chicago at STEMCON, and WOW… what an experience! 🧙‍♂️✨

From competing in CONSEF and RoboCON to representing our school among hundreds of students, this trip was a huge accomplishment all on its own. We are so proud of how our students showed up, supported one another, and truly represented the Wizardly Way. 💙🧡

Even more special, we had families join us on the trip, making this an unforgettable experience for our entire HSAS community.

And of course… we have some medal winners to celebrate! 🏅

A special thank you to Mr. Seebohm for leading our robotics team and supporting students throughout the experience, Mr. Ahmed for coordinating the behind-the-scenes logistics that made this trip possible, and Mrs. Mustapha for volunteering at RoboCON and being there to support our students every step of the way. 💪
