A help hotline 💚🖤

TPS LAUNCHES STUDENT ASSISTANCE HOTLINE: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST-
Based on the order from Governor DeWine, Toledo Public Schools will be closed until at least May 1, 2020 due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 crisis. To offer assistance, beginning Monday, April 6, TPS will have specialists available through a Student Assistance Hotline. They will be able to provide help with a variety of topics, including schoolwork, school-related technology challenges, mental health concerns and special education issues.

There will be teachers, technology instructors, counselors and psychologists to assist with any questions regarding student educational needs during the extended closure. While these calls cannot replace the face-to-face support students normally receive, it is our hope this hotline will assist parents with remote education.

Available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

If you do not have computer access, please call 419-671-0001

To help staff better direct your call, families should complete the survey or call our operators at 419-671-0001. When the survey has been completed, an educator will respond. There may be a delay in the beginning of the process as numbers of users are unknown at this time. We will do our best to complete all calls within 24 hours.
