Grasshopper Nymph
There are a lot of very similar looking grasshopper nymphs, so identification as an amateur would be a loose guess at best. It’s possibly a Red-Legged Grasshopper (Melanoplus femurrubrum,) as it’s the most common grasshopper in the area I found him and is representative of what their nymphs look like.
