🎓 Graduate Spotlight: Gary Hughes 🎓

Today, we proudly celebrate Gary Hughes, a graduate of the Toledo School of Ministry!

When asked why he chose to attend TSOM, Gary shared:

"I chose to attend the school because I saw an opportunity to grow deeper in my faith and build a foundation of truth. And frankly, because the Holy Spirit led me to take the course."

Throughout his time at TSOM, Gary embraced both spiritual growth and meaningful relationships. Reflecting on his experience, he shared:

"The school impacted my life by granting me close relationships with my classmates. As Proverbs 27:17 says, 'As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.' It also helped me apply the truths I learned and the truths I already knew."

One of the joys of ministry education is seeing knowledge become transformation, and Gary has demonstrated a genuine desire to grow in Christ and walk in obedience to His leading.

As he looks toward the future, Gary's focus is clear:

"What's next for me is developing my gifts and using them for the Kingdom."

As Dean of Students, I have had the privilege of watching Gary grow in his faith, build strong relationships, and pursue God's purpose with humility and passion. We are excited to see how the Lord continues to use him to impact others and advance His Kingdom.

🎓 Graduate Spotlight: Selah Williams 🎓

Today, we celebrate Selah Williams, a graduate of the Toledo School of Ministry!

From a young age, Selah sensed a calling to serve the Lord through worship ministry. Enrolling at TSOM was her way of saying "yes" to God's process of equipping her, not only as a worship leader but as a devoted disciple of Jesus Christ.

Throughout her journey, Selah has deepened her understanding of Scripture, strengthened her theological foundation of worship, and received practical ministry training. Yet the greatest lesson she has learned is that the love of Christ must be the driving force behind everything we do. As she beautifully expresses it, every ambition is empty and meaningless if it is not rooted in love.

We are excited to see how God continues to lead Selah as she steps into new opportunities. She has recently joined the staff of CityLight Church, serving as the functioning Worship Leader, while also serving as an Administrative Intern with Open Bible East Churches.

Selah, we are proud of your faithfulness, your servant's heart, and your commitment to following God's call. Congratulations on this incredible achievement! We pray that the Lord continues to use your gifts to lead others into His presence and advance His Kingdom.

🎓 Graduate Spotlight: Kenneth King Jr.

We are honored to celebrate Kenneth King as a graduate of the Toledo School of Ministry!

When asked why he chose TSOM, Kenneth shared that he sensed God's call upon his life and wanted a place where he could grow in faith, develop a deeper understanding of Scripture, and prepare for ministry.

Throughout his time at TSOM, Kenneth said he experienced significant spiritual growth, learning to trust God more deeply, stand firmly on His Word, and navigate life's challenges through faith and prayer.

Looking ahead, Kenneth King plans to pursue a degree in Social Work with the vision of one day opening a Christian counseling practice that combines professional care with biblical truth and compassion.

As Dean of Students, I have had the privilege of watching Kenneth King grow in knowledge, character, and commitment to Christ. His desire to serve others and follow God's calling is evident, and I am excited to see what the Lord has in store for his future.

Congratulations, Kenneth King! We are proud of you and are cheering you on as you continue to walk in God's purpose.
