This here. So day 2 was not as successful. I jumped on my game before going for water and finishing up mowing the grass. Burned out my daylight. I had a good night and got to play Destiny 2 with a life long time friend. But we did what we can each day. I still learned a new thing yesterday. I planned on not lifting because my legs and core were sore from leg day from day 1. Somethings I'd like to be clear on is your individual schedule. Me, i can only get workouts in very early morning or very late evenings. We are going to have days where we hit our marks and others that's not the case. Don't stress and best yourself up over. The only thing we can do is figure out what to do BETTER. BETTER in LIFE. I'm sure i thought of more to post that I've forgotten while typing. It'll come back to me. Have a good day.

Day 1 was a success. So today is day 2 on a self improvement journey. After all isn't that what we strive for, to be 1% better everyday. I haven't been for a while. To long in fact. I've been sad and angry and happy and excited and exhausted and full of energy. Generally unfocused and without direction. I'm striving to be BETTER. Be healthier. In body, mind, spirit, and heart ❤. To get organized and gain focus and improved mental state. I've begun listening to music again. I hardly have, it's been all podcasts. To feel more. And above all to finally make the grind worth it. The goal is posting at least 3x a week. It may be multiple times a day or just this for today. To check in on myself. For you to check in on yourself. I've been struggling with life. This just came to me this past weekend when i was very depressed. This isn't a set program. I need to learn something new everyday and accomplish something physical and challenge myself everyday. My workouts will vary in design and intensity. Some days will be rest and others will be functional and mobility while others still will be power and strength. All will make heart stronger (physically and emotionally). So if can dust myself and get BETTER, so can you. We can get better together. Let's be BETTER. I'll see you later 💙

Did a strength circuit. Keep the heart rate up and break a damn good sweat in that heat.
