This Thursday: Yoga at the Art Loop! Temperatures will be low, but the rooms at Massage Bliss, LLC will be nice and warm for us. Stop in at 6 or 630 for a 30 minute session focused on the calves! Only 5$!

Yesterday I was grateful for the opportunities life has presented me thus far. When you open yourself to the potential of the universe, great things come, and that's pretty rad!!

Today I am grateful to be born into a body and world that allows me to reach even the craziest of dreams!

Yesterday I was extremely grateful for my access to heat when it is cold. Only a few times in my life have I been truly stuck with no access to warmth or any way to escape the bitter cold. My heart goes out to those who have to live without heat for any length of time, and my gratitude for having it!!

Thanksgiving is my favorite :) Instead of just one day, I challenge you to take a moment in each day this week to count your blessings and give gratitude. I'll be posting my blessings each day, starting tomorrow :)

STUDENTS: NO MORE MONDAY NIGHT YOGA at the Arboretum! With nightfall creeping in earlier and earlier, and the weather getting cooler it is officially time to end yoga at the park.

I will not be moving into the CAC this year since I will be in Southeast Asia for most of the winter. However, I will be looking into teaching at existing studios in the area until then, so keep an eye out here for upcoming classes!
