It's time to nominate a deserving NDA alumna for the 2027 Notre Dame Academy Alumnae Hall of Fame!

NDA is accepting nominations now through Friday, October 9. Any NDA alumna may be nominated, regardless of her graduation year, and anyone can submit a nomination: bit.ly/NDAHOF

This morning, the Class of 2027 presented their Career Exploration Projects!

NDA implemented the Senior Project in the late 1980s, when Sr. Mary Carol Gregory SND ’58 was Principal. “We wanted to provide a benefit by helping the girls determine what they wanted to pursue as careers, and we also wanted to utilize the time during the month of May, when the seniors were ready to fly,” explains Sr. Carol.

Today at NDA, the Senior Project has been renamed the “Career Exploration Project,” and students may begin working on their job shadowing hours during the summer before their junior year. They now must complete their hours in the fall semester – at the beginning of senior year – which gives students more time to make informed decisions about which college to attend and major to pursue.

Best way to start the year! 🌻

For the third year in a row, we celebrated the start of the school year with an all school Mass and service day with Connecting Kids to Meals. Thank you to Fr. Rudi Schwarzkopf, OSFS for celebrating Mass with us this year!
