Dr Voss (Political Science) and Dr Jackisch (History) will speak about the War in Ukraine at the downtown public library on Wednesday, February 28 from 6-8 PM. Please consider attending what is sure to be an interesting and informative talk.

Our David Davis inaugural lecture was a round success! Thanks to all of you for your participation, and special thanks to Dr. Kristin Taylor for a great talk.

The 2024 David Davis Lecture is next week. Wednesday, January 31 at 5:00 PM in Rocket Hall room 1530. Dr Kristen Taylor will present "Compound Hazards and Cascading Disasters: Challenges for Disaster Mitigation and Management in Northwest Ohio."

There will be refreshments (better than pizza!) and it will be a great talk. Hope to see you there.

Simulating a terrorist attack is the subject of a UToledo political science class. Students are either planning a terrorist attack or trying to stop an impending attack before it occurs. The simulation takes place only on paper.
