New Athletic Event Procedures
RATTLER NATION – ATHLETIC EVENT UPDATE!
Tolar ISD is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly atmosphere at all of our athletic events! As we continue through the school year, we want to remind all Rattler fans, students, and families of our expectations when attending games.
🏟️ IMPORTANT ATHLETIC EVENT GUIDELINES FOR BOTH RATTLER STADIUM AND TISD GYMNASIUMS
🥤 Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Sealed water bottles are allowed.
🚫 No Reentry: Once you leave the facility or athletic event, you will not be permitted to reenter.
👨👩👧 Adult Supervision: Students in 6th grade and below must be accompanied by an adult and remain with that adult throughout the event.
🪑 Designated Student Areas: Older students are expected to sit in the bleachers or stand along the designated fence bordering the sidewalk. Students may NOT stand along the fence directly in front of the home bleachers, as this blocks the view of seated spectators.
🏃 No Running or Playing Games: Running, playing football, tag, chasing, or other games are not permitted during athletic events. Students should remain in designated spectator areas and demonstrate appropriate behavior.
🚫🍺 Alcohol Prohibited: Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on all Tolar ISD property.

Our athletic events are a great opportunity for our community to come together, support our student-athletes, and enjoy the traditions that make Tolar special!
We ask all parents to visit with their children about these expectations before attending an event. By working together, we can ensure a positive experience for everyone while keeping the focus where it belongs — on our student-athletes and their hard work!
