Child, Youth & School Services is committed to providing support to the families of Tobyhanna Army Depot by providing a wide variety of programs, experiences and opportunities for children of all ages. Our services are offered through various programs to include Family Child Care (FCC), Child Development Center (CDC), School Age Services (SAS), Youth Services, (YS) Middle School & Teen (MST) and C
hild & Youth Liaison, Education and Outreach Services (CLEOS). We are happy your family has chosen to participate in our programs. All programs strive to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children and youth by providing a safe and nurturing environment. Our well trained staff are committed to offering high quality, developmentally appropriate programming for each child based on ages, abilities, interests, personality and cultural backgrounds.
