If you haven’t patted yourself on the back, I want you to do it right now.
This last year 2025…has contained ALOT of heartbreak — more so than I could imagine experiencing again, and I’ve battled to keep my head on my shoulders more days than I can count.
I know many of you have experienced the same.
I’m literally silver haired now because of it.
You are so much stronger than you know. Isn’t it unbelievable how much we can endure?
Don’t get me wrong — I don’t want the medal. I want out of the race. I’m tired. I don’t want to be “strong” anymore. But I know that life doesn’t give any of us a choice.
So please… please hang in there.
I believe in you.
And… I’m so proud of you.
