We are overwhelmed with gratitude and pride.

The City of Titusville officially presented Excel Martial Arts with a Proclamation recognizing our contributions to youth development, character education, life skills training, and community service.
❤️To have our school recognized by the Mayor and the City of Titusville in this way is something we will cherish forever.

When we opened our doors, our goal was never simply to teach kicks, punches, or self-defense. Our mission has always been to help build stronger, more confident, more respectful, and more resilient young people—and to create a place where families can grow together.

This proclamation belongs to so many people:

❤️ Our students who show up day after day, work hard, overcome challenges, and never give up.

❤️ Our parents who trust us with what matters most—their children.

❤️ Our instructors and leadership team who pour their hearts into every class, every lesson, and every student.

🎉 BELT TESTING SUCCESS! 🎉

What an incredible night of hard work, determination, and growth!

We couldn’t be more proud of our students who stepped onto the floor and gave their very best during Belt Testing. Every kick, every form, every self-defense technique, and every ounce of effort represented weeks and months of dedication.

A belt is more than just a new color around the waist. It represents goals achieved, challenges overcome, confidence gained, and the commitment to never give up when things get difficult.

To our students: Congratulations! Earning a new belt, you should be proud of what you’ve accomplished. The journey is never about being perfect—it’s about showing up, working hard, and becoming a little better every day.

To our parents: Thank you for your support, encouragement, and commitment. None of this happens without you. Thank you for getting your children to class, supporting and helping them practice, and believing in them every step of the way. This is just as much your win as well!

And to those students who may need a little more time before their next promotion, remember this: Every black belt was once a white belt who refused to quit. Keep training, keep learning, and your time will come. August is your next goal!

What an incredible seminar Saturday! 👏

A huge THANK YOU to Master Woodworth for spending her Saturday morning with our students and sharing her knowledge, experience, and passion for martial arts. We are so grateful for her continued support, guidance, and the impact she has had on our lives and school over the years.

Today’s Forms and Bo Staff Seminar was packed with valuable instruction, new skills, and plenty of opportunities to grow. Whether students were learning something brand new or refining techniques they’ve practiced for years, everyone walked away a better martial artist.

Most importantly, we want to recognize the students who gave up part of their weekend to come train. That commitment to learning, improving, and investing in yourselves is what separates good students from great ones. Every time you seek out opportunities to learn from instructors and perspectives, you become more well-rounded and stronger in your martial arts journey.

Hello summer! Although students & teachers are looking forward to a well deserved break, summer is often a time of food insecurity. During the school year over 60% of BPS students receive breakfast and lunch through the Free/Reduced Lunch assistance program. During the summer many of these students no longer have transportation or access to regular meals.

Through a collaboration of community partners, North Brevard is providing/delivering FREE hot, homemade meals to students in need. Please consider volunteering!
