We train administrators and teachers in strategies that energize the classroom and help stimulate and perpetuate student motivation and learning. WHO ARE WE? MARY CRANE
Mary Crane, Ed.D., focuses her professional passion on ensuring the success of at-risk students. Dr. Crane has specialized in working with atrisk students with remarkable results. While in the classroom, Dr. Crane developed writing techniques that enabled 100% of her at-risk students to master the skills necessary to achieve proficiency on the state mandated writing test. She has written numerous curricular plans using a concept-based design to address assessment needs while connecting to core subjects. Her highly successful conferences have been credited with providing teachers with educational strategies that have produced positive and measurable results in both classrooms and schools. JONATHAN HILLIARD
Jonathan Hilliard, M.S., has developed highly effective strategies for working with students who are considered at-risk for academic failure. Hilliard has a proven track record for increased student achievement by utilizing relationshipbased teaching strategies. Hilliard has mentored and coached at-risk boys for over 20 years and during that time he has developed specialized techniques that engage at-risk students and promote the internalization of self-discipline and self-motivation. Hilliard is an accomplished presenter and has entertained and motivated teachers in this effective teaching process. These strategies have diverted many at-risk students who were on a collision course with failure to students who became independent learners and successful students. SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS
