This year, we have decided to participate in the Save Around coupon book fundraiser. We typically don't do fundraisers but the combination of the the high profit for the school along with the ease and use of the books led us to participate. Envelopes containing one book were sent home in your family files today. Each book costs $25 and for every 5 books you sell, you get one free! Along with that, for every 5 books sold, you may choose a book from December's Scholastic catalogs for free (up to $5)!! These books were a hit a couple years ago when we sold them and we heard that many families got much use out of the coupons!! Also, I have not seen any other schools selling these this year, so your friends/family/coworkers may also be interested in purchasing! What's great about these, is that they are coded to areas, so if people out of state want to purchase, their book comes packed with coupons local to them! More information can be found in the packet. If you chose not to sell, no worries, just return your packet, including the book, to a preschool teacher! Thanks!!!

Good morning LFMA Families!
Unfortunately we're are still worth out power at the school this morning. Although I cannot get an exact time from FPL as to when the electricity will be back on, the best estimate that I have is that it should be on by the end of the weekend. Therefore we have decided to go ahead and cancel classes for Thursday and Friday. I pray that we will be able to open on Monday. I will certainly keep you informed as we have more information. I hope that everyone has a peaceful weekend and that we can get back to normal next week. Please stay tuned to Class Dojo for further updates.

Good Morning LFMA Families!
Mr. price and I are up at the school taking down boards and cleaning up debris from the storm. Unfortunately, we currently have no electricity at the school. We will have to remain closed until the power comes back on. The electric companies are not taking reports of outages unless there are downed power lines and they are not estimating when the power will be back on due to the wide spread outages. We will be closed tomorrow and until further notice, but I will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you all informed. Please stay tuned to Class Dojo for further information.
