Hi! I’m Ashley Mangini.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve seen many seasons of life on this page. Family, community, education, sports, and a little bit of everything in between.

I’m transitioning Mangini Mayhem into a platform for my education work and the things I’m most passionate about.

I’m a tutor with Pringle Educational Services, and it has honestly been one of my favorite jobs I’ve ever had. It has reminded me how much I love education and helping students figure out how they learn best.

I don’t believe kids should be put into little boxes. I believe in looking at the whole child: their strengths, gaps, interests, challenges, and what they need to reach their potential.

I also help parents navigate the thorns of education, from homeschooling curriculum and difficult subjects to services, resources, and finding opportunities for students with special needs.

I believe strongly in the basics: reading, writing, and arithmetic. Knowing math facts, learning to read phonetically and fluently, and knowing how to structure writing matter. Technology is wonderful, but it doesn't replace a strong foundation.

I also don't believe education needs to be a political battleground. The loudest parent shouldn't be the only parent whose child succeeds. Education should extend to every child and every circumstance.

And college isn't the only successful ending.

For students headed to college, I help with test preparation, the Common App, finding schools that fit, and navigating the process. I’m also working on partnerships to help families explore trades, technical programs, certifications, and other post-secondary paths.

Education isn't a shoe where everyone needs the same size.

It's about finding the glass slipper.

The goal isn't to force a child into the path that looks best on paper. It's to find their path and help them become capable, independent adults who can build a happy and successful life.

That's what I hope Mangini Mayhem becomes: realistic education conversations, practical resources, academic support, college and career planning, and helping families find what actually fits their child.

I’m excited about this next season.

Registration is wrapping up for A Land Remembered: Where Cattle, Conservation, and Beef Come Together! — a 6-week classroom program for 4th grade, 5th grade, middle AND high school students!

Using Patrick D. Smith’s A Land Remembered, students get to experience Florida’s history while connecting it to the agriculture and natural resources that still shape our state today.

God opened His agenda and said, “Let me give these two... these two boys.”

No instruction manual. No perfect example to follow. No long legacy of parenting wisdom handed down. Just two imperfect people determined to figure it out.

We both came from broken homes. We knew firsthand the pain of what a family could be, so we made a choice to build something different. We were determined to create a home filled with love, stability, laughter, grace, and faith a place where our children would always know they were safe, valued, and deeply loved.

So we set out with a simple goal: raise boys who would become good husbands, great citizens, strong leaders, and men of character. Men who would have faith, think for themselves, work hard, tell the truth, and do what’s right even when it’s difficult.

We didn’t always know what we were doing. We made mistakes. We learned as we went.

Now we look at these young men, and we’re reminded that grace fill the gaps where our experience falls short.

Our greatest accomplishments will never be found in a career, a house, or a bank account.

They are these two boys.

They are our greatest blessing, our greatest joy, and the legacy we’re most proud of. ❤️
