Students in Mrs. Faith’s 7th Grade Science Classes came to the Media Center to learn about animal camouflage. Students then designed a butterfly that could be camouflaged from predators on one of the Media Center’s many surfaces. Students then had to spot the hidden insects while discussing what techniques work best to blend into your surroundings.

Students in both 7th and 8th Grade Science Classes were given the opportunity to participate in a hands-on learning lab presented by Lockheed Martin Engineers who worked on Artemis II! Students learned about how circuit boards work and then used that knowledge to light up bulbs, play specific songs through a speaker, and launch propellers! It was a great day for learning on the Space Coast! Thank you to our partners at Lockheed Martin!!
