After a break of several years, the MSC Gunsmithing Program is pleased to announce the return of Trap Night. About twelve shooters showed up to participate in this past Thursday's evening shoot. Fun was had by all!

A big thanks to the Murray State College Sh***un Team for their help in making this happen.

We plan to shoot every Thursday between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, if there is enough interest. The cost is $6 per round (25 clays).

Come on out and have some fun!

G***k Armorer's Gen 5 Plus course will be hosted at Murray State College Gunsmithing Program on February 23rd, 2027. It will be open enrollment and you have to register on the G***k website if you are interested. We can't take your registration, that's all handled by G***k.

The MSC Gunsmithing club invited the entire campus to a meet & greet ice cream social today. There was a great turn out, considering the cold front that recently rolled through, lowering the temperature all the way down to 104. Regardless, any day is a good day for ice cream.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Red White and Boom event, which celebrated the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It was a great event, with lots of candy flying through the air! A special thanks to our gunsmithing students who braved the high temps and humidity to take part in the event. You guys are awesome! Another special thanks to Adam Philips and his crew for the construction of the float. Great work! Happy Independence Day!

The NRA Summer Gunsmithing Program's Long Range R***e class wrapped up today. A great class with a great instructor. May thanks to Blaine Francisco for making the trip from Utah to Oklahoma and staying for two weeks. We look forward to seeing him again next year.
