A huge thank you to Dr. Reed and Devyn for administering VO₂ Max testing to our runners this summer! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The data gained from this testing gives us valuable insight into each athlete’s fitness and helps us individualize training to better prepare our runners for the season ahead.

Our team had the opportunity to learn from Ashlee Eskelsen today—world record holder, Ironman athlete, ultra marathoner, sports dietician, and Murray State College nutrition professor.

Ashlee shared valuable insight on the importance of summer training, proper nutrition, and building habits that support long-term success both on and off the course. We appreciate her taking the time to invest in our student-athletes and help prepare them for the miles ahead! 🏃‍♀️💪🥗
