Always training!

At the beginning of 2023 I learned that not only did I need to be always training and getting better, but I also learned that our team needed to always be training and getting better.

In the pastor, I thought I would just inspire them by showing them how to do that, but I’ve learned that I have to give them spaces to do that in.

Schedule, regular meetings, and regular opportunities for your team to be growing. If they’re not willing to come to those meetings. If they have bad attitudes and they don’t want to come to those meetings. If they don’t want to participate it’s a sure sign they don’t want to grow . And they should probably move on.

Today in the academy we trained the process of prepping and painting kitchen cabinets.

We got a sprayer in the hand of some students for the first time.

We also are using the new S-W Gallery Series for the first time. Sherwin-Williams

Proud to be a community sponsor of Tri-Central Middle/High School soccer team!

The new “fit” is heather/grey sweatshirts branded TC Soccer on the front and Paint Pro Academy on the back.

I encouraged the team with the words from my dad. He said to me when I was their age to, “learn a trade and go to college”. I did both and I encouraged them to think about doing both.
