So proud of our quilt group. They donated these beautiful quilts to New Vision Church in Vandalia. The church is holding a garage sale fundraiser for two individuals in need. One individual is a victim of an apartment fire who lost everything. The other is a struggling single mother. The two individuals will choose the quilt of their choice and the remaining quilts will be sold as part of the fundraiser. Thank you ladies for your compassion and generosity!

Timothy Lusk from Keystone Wellness in Troy provided some great information on their services. Their objective is to provide optimal healing at a cellular level to help restore real health. Keystone uses many functional approaches & non-invasive technologies such as PEMF Therapy (natural energy), Dry Salt Therapy (respiratory difficulties, skin conditions & other common problems), and the Vitality Booth (respiratory & cellular rejuvenation). Kristen Davis is the nurse at Keystone who uses extensive blood tests to narrow down the best functional approach by individual. It was a great presentation. Timothy also provided an awesome lunch as well. Thank you Timothy and the Keystone staff!

The Blood Drive has been rescheduled to Friday Sept 4th from 1-3 pm. Versiti is offering an e-gift card to anyone who donates blood on Sept 4th to offset any inconvenience due to the date change. Call the Center if interested.

The Tipp Seniors were pleased to welcome Jeff Kvidera from Forest Glen and Lori Cesaire from the Alzheimer’s Association. They gave us the 10 signs of early detection and much more information on how to move forward if you or someone you love is diagnosed.
Also Cierra Heins from Vancrest provided us with a delicious lunch.
