Through TEF’s grant program, Mrs. Askew was able to provide this awesome science presentation to TISD 3rd and 4th graders. This program helped to promote the science concepts that are being taught in science classes and encourage the excitement of STEM learning.

🎉👏🏼What a special day!!! Today, Tioga Education Foundation had the privilege of awarding $8,371.60 in teacher grants. TEF’s success would not be possible without the many generous donations and support in our events. We look forward to awarding multiple TISD senior scholarships in May as well! This year, TEF was able to award EVERY teacher grant application that was submitted!!!! We can’t wait to share a glimpse of what each teacher plans to use their money for. Stay tuned for individual grant posts!

We want to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Cassell’s first grade class for selling most plants (out of all elementary classes) during our 23/24 Spring Plant Fundraiser. Here is a fun fact- this is the SECOND year in a row Mrs. Cassell’s class has won the pizza and ice cream party!!

We also want to give a huge shout out to Hudson Vinning for selling the most out of all 7th-12th grade students! Hudson and a friend enjoyed their free Whataburger!!

Thank you to these students, their parents and everyone who participated in the spring plant fundraiser! We can’t wait to disburse scholarships and grants very soon!

🌺🌸DEADLINE UPDATED!!! We have received a few messages of kids coming home with their plant orders still in their bags. PLEASE check your kiddos bags and either send the form back with your child on Monday or message us to meet this weekend. ALL orders will be turned into our grower on Monday night at 10pm. We will also keep online orders open until Monday as well.
