Tinton Falls Cooperative Preschool - TFCP

Our students have been amazing helpers helping to harvest seeds, clear beds, and plant beautiful flowers and vegetables in our gardens! Growing is so much fun! 🌱

And last but not least, we are also so excited to welcome Pineapple!🍍 Pineapple, also a baby of TFCP chickens Zootopia and Chickie, was born minutes after Sunset, almost as if they were racing to see who would hatch first!

The kids love watching Pineapple try to jump on the box in the brooder. Could this little yellow chick have a more perfect name?

We are SO happy to welcome our first chick of 2026, Sunset! 🌅Sunset hatched on Tuesday, May 5th. She is the baby of two other chickens born at TFCP, Zootopia and Chickie!

Our students have been loving watching Sunset get fluffier and fluffier each day. Check out the video to watch Sunset hatch!

Our spring trips are off to a wonderful start! Our Pre-K class took a trip on a train and our 3-4 and 2.5-3 classes visited Carm’s Farm

We had a "turtle-y" awesome visit from last week! Our students got to meet Miss Kate and her animal ambassadors 🦎 Darwin, the Bearded Dragon, 🐢 Buttercup, the Eastern Box Turtle, and 🐍Shahvee, the Central American Boa! We learned all about how these animals move and everything that makes these radical reptiles so special!
