WRMS hosted its 5th annual Career Day on April 10th! We had over 30 amazing presents from all around NH join us. The morning opened with guest speaker, Randy Pierce. Despite being suddenly stricken with a neurological disease rendering him blind at age 22, Randy spoke about his life experiences in order to inspire, entertain and teach students to never give up on achieving their peak potential.
Sarah Karr, a former Winnisquam student and realtor at Berkshire Hathaway/Verani Realty, had this to say after her presentations: "Thank you so much for the invitation and opportunity. I enjoyed chatting with the students about their options post graduation and starting that conversation now."
Students really enjoyed the three sessions they attended. It was a great morning and we can't thank our presenters enough. Middle School is the perfect time to get students thinking about their futures. We appreciate and thank them for making our Career Day a great success!
