OSU Extension Tillamook County is fired up for Fair!!
Come see us and spin the wheel to win! We are next to the Pavilion today and tomorrow 1-3pm!

Our office is temporarily closed as the OSU Extension Tillamook County team is at the Tillamook County Fair supporting our community, youth, volunteers, and fair events!

If you need assistance during the fair, please stop by and visit us at the fairgrounds.

Our office will reopen on Monday, August 10, and we will return phone calls and emails as soon as possible after we are back in the office.

Today we celebrate 115 years of OSU Extension!

Since July 24, 1911, we've connected Oregonians with trusted, science-based education and resources that strengthen communities across the state. From farms and forests to families, youth and coastal communities, our mission has always been to help Oregon grow together.

Worried about protecting your berries this season?

Birds can quickly reduce your harvest, but there are several nonlethal strategies that can help protect your crop. From netting and reflective materials to sound deterrents and grape-flavored Kool-Aid sprays containing methyl anthranilate, a combination of methods often provides the best results. OSU Extension recommends using multiple deterrent techniques to increase effectiveness and reduce bird damage.

OSU EXTENSION TILLAMOOK Closed for Juneteenth

In observance of Juneteenth , the OSU Extension Tillamook County Office will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Regular office hours will resume on Monday, June 22.

Tillamook County Master Gardeners are all smiles to serve their gardening community at the Tillamook Farmers Market this past Saturday! Volunteers are staffing the booth at the market throughout this summer! Bring your garden related questions to them! 🥕🌱🐛🐞🌿
