Beliefs

Teaching and Learning create the foundation for success. A school is most effective when it fosters acceptance of diversity, promotes individual strengths, and generates respect for everyone. Positive relationships cultivate mutual respect between students and staff and help to build a school climate conducive to learning. High expectations for students and staff will ensure that all students will learn and feel successful. Students learn best when provided a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles. The ability to locate and utilize information through the use of creative and critical thinking, including the integration of technology, enhances student success. Learning is a lifelong process.

Our board meeting last night was full of well-deserved recognitions!

First, our outstanding cafeteria staff was recognized for their hard work and dedication. Additionally, the district was just notified that we have once again been awarded the Georgia Farm to School award.

Our maintenance staff from all schools were also recognized. It was a true team effort preparing our new RCHS and remodeling RCMS this summer, and without the hard work of our entire team, none of this would have been possible.

Additionally, we would like to thank our wonderful students who presented the Principal's Reports for each school:
• RCPS: Reeves Page
• RCES: Emmaleigh Mathis
• RCMS: Emma Savino
• RCHS: Lleyton Phillips
