Learning comes to life when students have the opportunity to share what they’ve learned with an audience.

At the end of each unit, we invite our EdVentures families to join us for a Community Expo, a time for students to showcase the skills and knowledge they’ve been developing throughout the unit.

Today, our families joined us for our Force & Motion Expo! Over the past six weeks, students have been learning about force and motion, and today they put that knowledge into action by working alongside their families to create mini Rube Goldberg machines.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and plenty of fun!

Our Community Expos are about more than just showcasing learning. They give our families an opportunity to connect, build friendships, and strengthen the community that makes EdVentures so special both inside and outside our building.

It’s truly one of our favorite days of the unit! 🤍

We’re so proud to celebrate Reese Bishop, one of our students whose artwork was featured in Local Colors, a local art exhibit presented by Bridge Creek Inn!

What a special opportunity to have Reese’s creativity shared with the community and to see her hard work recognized alongside other local artists.

At EdVentures, we love seeing our students discover what they’re capable of, pursue their interests, and share their gifts with the world. We couldn’t be more proud!

At Edventures, learning is about so much more than what happens at a desk!

We are building a community one birthday celebration, one playtime, one problem, and one shared goal at a time.

Our students learn to celebrate one another, play together, solve problems together, and work as a team. Whether they’re pitching in to clean up after an activity or collaborating to design an economic system, they’re learning valuable lessons that go far beyond academics.

They’re learning how to communicate, lead, listen, compromise, encourage one another, and work together toward something bigger than themselves.

Because community isn’t just something we talk about it’s something we build together🫶

And we are so thankful for the beautiful community being created here every single day.

Ages 3 through high school… and we mean it!

One of the things that makes the EdVentures community so special is having students of all ages learning and growing together.

Our older students have the opportunity to lead, encourage, and be positive role models for the younger students. In return, our younger students get to look up to those older students, learn from them, and be inspired to grow into those same leaders one day.

It’s a beautiful cycle of learning, leading, and growing together and we love watching it happen every day at EdVentures!

What an amazing first week!

Our first week of school was filled with excitement, new friendships, familiar faces, and plenty of learning. We’re so thankful for a wonderful start to the new school year!

As we begin our second week, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all the excitement that came with the first and we’re even more excited for everything still to come. 📚💛

Here’s to a year full of learning, growing, and making memories together at EdVentures!
