Tomorrow, February 26, is doctor day. This week we have studied the Bible stories, Ten Sick Men and the Paralytic Man. To help support our stories, we like to have a hands-on activity. Please have your child bring a stuffed animal that will fit in their cubby. They will be using this for doctor day.
On Friday, February 27, at 6:30 pm, we will have our Preschool Mom's Bunco. Please bring a snack to share and come prepared to get to know other moms and have a fun time doing it. There will be prizes. Please sign up so we know how many to plan for that night.

Originally thirteen children were enrolled in the first class. Today sixty plus children are now attend each year.

I can't believe it is already this time of year. I am not quite ready for Christmas but I guess it's coming whether I am ready or not.
Just a few reminders.
We have our normal preschool classes tomorrow.
Our Christmas program starts tomorrow at 6:30 pm. Main lobby doors will open at 6:00. Have the kids to their classrooms by 6:15.
We will be taking family photos after the program. Please make sure to have your photo taken.
Pick up your child's bag of goodies after the program.
If you have downloaded your child's fall pictures, please bring back the flash drive that the pictures were on. We are going to use them again to give you their spring pictures.
We will see you all tomorrow!
Just a reminder that we do not have preschool tomorrow as Tigard-Tualatin is out of school for Veteran's Day. Thursday, November 13, is our Thankful Feast. The children will come to preschool at the normal time. Bring your child's food item at the beginning of class.

Boy, this year is flying by already. At the end of the day yesterday the teachers and I were talking and realized the Thanksgiving Feast is next Thursday, November 13 and that we don't have preschool on Veteran's Day, November 11 so we wanted to send an email with some information.
Tomorrow a note will go home in your child's cubby with some information about the feast and the item your child needs to bring for the feast. You will need to bring the item at the beginning of class on the day of the feast. The kids need to be here at their regular class time.
Parents, grandparents, aunt, uncles, and siblings are welcome to come to our feast. The times to join us are listed below.
AM Class Feast time is 10:30
PM Class Feast time is 2:00
Please remember to check your child's cubby for the feast note tomorrow. If your child will not be here for the feast, please let their teacher know.

Playdate begins Nov 6th! From 9:30-11:30 am. Playdate is designed for 0-4 year olds to have an open play space during our rainy PNW winters.
All are welcome, parents or caretakers get to hang out and chat, while the little ones get some energy out! See you there!
Just a reminder that tomorrow, October 30, is a little different than our usual preschool day. Drop your child off at their normal preschool time. Bring them dressed in their costume or dress them when you get here. Also bring your bag of individually wrapped candy and/or prizes for your child.
AM: Parents that are helping, please join us at 9:50 to help with the carnival games. At 11:15 there will be a parade around the auditorium and then class pictures.
PM: Parents that are helping, please join us at 1:10 to help with the carnival games. At 2:45 there will be a parade and class pictures.
Preschool will be over after the parade and class pictures.
Friday, October 31, from 5-7pm, in our parking lot, is our Trunk or Treat. We would love for you to bring your kids.

Thursday, October 30, is our Halloween Carnival. Bring kids in their costumes at the normal preschool time. Please no scary masks, ghost, devil, demon, or witch costumes. We need parent helpers. Please email me and let me know if you are able to help that day. We also need each child to bring a bag of individually wrapped candy and or prizes that we can use at the game stations. There will be a marked bin to place the items in. There will be a parade in our auditorium at 11:15 for the AM class and 2:45 for the PM class. Parents are encouraged to come see your cute kids dressed up. (See email for more information.)
Friday, October 31, is our Trunk or Treat from 5-7pm. All families are invited to this community event.
Hi parents,
Tomorrow, October 21, is our field trip to the Pumpkin Patch. We will be going rain or shine. It looks like the forecast calls for sunshine tomorrow!
Both the AM and PM classes will be going at the same time. Please meet at the Red Berry Barn in Sherwood at 9:30am sharp. Check in with your teacher once you get there. If you have not paid for your field trip yet, please pay your teacher.

1. Have your child bring their valentines tomorrow as we will exchange them during class.
2. This week we will be doing the Bible stories about the ten sick men and the paralytic. On Thursday, February 20, we will have doctor day. Please have your child bring a small stuffy that will fit in their cubby that they would like to doctor up.
Just a reminder that our Valentine Party/Valentine Tea is tomorrow, Thursday, February 13th.
We are exchanging Valentines on Thursday during class. Please have your child bring homemade or store-bought valentines. They can have candy or prizes attached but that is not required. Please bring them to preschool tomorrow. Have your child sign each card but do not address them. Make sure to have them in a bag with your child's name on them.

In reminding you of the tea/party tomorrow, we also know that bad weather is expected tomorrow. Please make sure to check the news to see if Tigard-Tualatin has school. If they have a delayed start or cancel school, we will not have preschool. If preschool is cancelled, we will not be making up the Valentine Tea. We will however have our Valentine party on the next day we are at preschool.
