Is your child a hesitant reader? Try Echo Reading! It’s simple, supportive, and really effective.

Step 1️⃣: You read one sentence out loud.
Step 2️⃣: Your child repeats the same sentence (like an echo!).

Why it works: it gives kids a strong model to follow, reduces guessing, and helps build fluency, accuracy, and confidence without pressure.

Try it for just 5 minutes tonight and keep it light and encouraging.

👇 Comment “ECHO” if you’d like more fluency tips!

Early intervention works! If you suspect your child has reading difficulties, it's time to get them tested. DM us for more information on testing, reading support, and how we can help your child blossom into a fluent reader.

A quote from renowned dyslexia expert, Dr. Sally Shaywitz. If we notice that a child has difficulty with reading, it needs to be addressed promptly. A "wait and see" approach will not help. www.DyslexiaConnect.com

A Stanford-led study found that a key reading-related brain region is often smaller or even absent in children with dyslexia. They also found that evidence-based tutoring that improves reading skills measurably enhances activity in this region of the brain.

Dyslexia isn’t about effort or intelligence, it’s about how the brain processes language. With the right instruction, students can make meaningful progress.
