We’re incredibly grateful to Sabrina Flowers for giving her time during Lady Ballers Camp and speaking with a group of young girls who share the same goal she once had, reaching the next level.
We’ve watched as Sabrina has spent years putting in the work developing her game through consistency, discipline, and a commitment to getting better. Even now, as a returning college player, she continues to be one of our most consistent athletes showing up early, working out every morning (often twice a day), and continuing to invest in her development.
But what makes Sabrina such an important example for our girls goes beyond basketball.
She demonstrates how to work, how to carry yourself, how to treat people, and how to stay committed to the process.
For the girls at Lady Ballers Camp, getting to hear from someone who has walked the path they hope to walk someday is incredibly powerful.
