We were honored to welcome members of the Portland chapter of the Alzheimer's Association to Cookin' Class for a special cooking demonstration focused on brain-healthy eating.

Chef Tashi prepared a delicious meal featuring Salmon Cakes and a fresh salad while sharing tips on incorporating nutrient-rich ingredients that support overall brain health. All 30 participants enjoyed tasting the dishes and learning simple ways to bring healthy, flavorful meals into their own kitchens.

The Alzheimer's Association is dedicated to advancing research, providing care and support for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and offering valuable educational resources for families and caregivers. We were grateful for the opportunity to partner with such an impactful organization and share an afternoon of food, learning, and community.

In the fight against Alzheimer's, now matters more than ever.

They've been friends for decades. We had the pleasure of doing a private Indian Night class for them this past Saturday night.

We are hosting over 12 kids summer camps this year every Tuesday and Wednesday starting June 16th through August 18th. Your kids will learn key skills in the kitchen along with hand crafted recipes they can take home and recreate! We are partnering with to offer themed cookie classes! On July 5th at Noon, you and your favorite person could join us at Cookin' Class where Chef Lisa will show you how to make this adorable Bee Cookie!

Classes will guide you through using different consistencies of royal icing. All icing and cookies will be provided and will include step by step instructions.

You guys I am so excited to introduce our newest class!
We've received a lot of requests for a salmon class and this one goes above and beyond! Chef Tashi is going to teach you to perfectly cook a salmon every time. This dish features a seared salmon with a sherry beurre blanc, dill oil and a beet & picked fennel salad. 😊

This class is being held at our Tigard facility on Saturday, June 6th at 5pm and again on Saturday June 20th at 5pm.

We expect this class to sell out quickly so make sure to get your spot reserved.
