We're thrilled to welcome Sokol Blosser Winery for a special Seared Salmon cooking class featuring perfectly seared salmon with sherry beurre blanc, dill oil, a bright pickled fennel salad, and a silky lemon posset for dessert. Even better? Each course will be expertly paired with a Sokol Blosser wine to highlight the flavors of every dish.
Throughout the evening, Sokol Blosser's wine representatives will guide you through each pairing and host a Q&A, giving you the chance to learn more about the wines, the winery, and what makes each pairing shine.

This super hands on cookie decorating class is open to ALL AGES!

This is hopefully one of MANY guest chef series we're hosting at Cookin' Class.
