On Tuesday, June 2, our Summer Transition parents had the pleasure of attending an engaging workshop presented by Mr. Jasper Pless, Network Support Specialist for K-5, Tift County Schools.

Would you? Could you? WE DID! 🥳 Today marks the final day of our Read Across America Literary Week at Maggie Campbell’s Gingerbread House. We celebrated Dr. Seuss’s Green Eggs and Ham by wearing our brightest green and even tasting some famous green eggs and ham for breakfast! This week has been all about stepping into the pages of our favorite stories and finding the fun in every sentence. We’ve had a blast celebrating literacy with your children—here’s to many more stories ahead! 🟢🍳📖

We’re "hooked" on reading! 🎣 Day 4 of Read Across America Literary Week at Maggie Campbell’s Gingerbread House is all about the "Red Fish" and the "Blue Fish." The more that you learn, the more places you'll go!" 🌎✨ We are officially at the halfway point of Read Across America Literary Week here at Maggie Campbell’s Gingerbread House, and Day 3 is looking very "wordy!" Inspired by Dr. Seuss’s I Can Read With My Eyes Shut!, our students and staff are rocking shirts with words, quotes, and fun phrases on them. It’s like a walking library in our hallways today! We’re keeping our eyes wide open (no shutting them today!) as we practice reading everything from storybooks to our friends' t-shirts. 👕📖

Hats off to another incredible day of literacy! 🎓 Yesterday at Maggie Campbell’s Gingerbread House, we took a page out of Dr. Seuss’s most famous book, The Cat in the Hat. Our students showed up in their favorite headgear to celebrate the joy of storytelling and the fun of "Read Across America Literary Week." Whether it’s a baseball cap or a fancy bonnet, seeing the kids’ personalities shine through their hats makes this week so special. We’re learning that with a book in your hand and a hat on your head, you can go anywhere! 🌍📚

Today marks the start of Read Across America Literary Week here at Maggie Campbell’s Gingerbread House, and we’re starting things off with a classic: Dr. Seuss’s Fox in Socks. To celebrate the fun of literacy, our students and staff are sporting their silliest, wildest socks. Beyond the giggles and the goofy patterns, we’re fostering a lifelong love for storytelling and imagination. ❤️ Big Love & Bubbling Fun at the Gingerbread House! ❤️
Our Pre-K classroom was the place to be yesterday as we celebrated Valentine’s Day! The kids had the absolute best time spreading love and laughter with their incredible teachers, Ms. Corbin and Ms. Rebecca.
The "sweetest" part of the party was definitely the kitchen science! Ms. Corbin and Ms. Rebecca helped the class whip up a batch of our special "Love Punch." 🍓🥤
It was a day full of sticky smiles, handmade cards, and so much joy. We are so grateful for teachers who make every holiday a core memory for our little ones! 🏠✨

In honor of Community Helpers’ Week, our little learners had an exciting and educational experience, getting up close with the brave firefighters and their essential equipment. Most importantly, they received vital lessons on fire safety and what to do in an emergency. Building this foundation of safety knowledge early is crucial!
We deeply appreciate the Tifton Fire Department's commitment to our community and for making fire prevention education so engaging for our students.

Community Helpers' Week is off to a fantastic start at Maggie Campbell's Gingerbread House!
We were honored to welcome Mr. LaShawn Ealey, MSN, RN, CRNA, as our first special guest this Monday. Mr. Ealey is a proud 2004 graduate of Tuskegee University and earned his Master's in Nurse Anesthesia from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2011.
Not only is he a dedicated healthcare professional, but he's also a proud parent-his son is a student in our class! 💙
Our little learners were excited to meet a real-life healthcare hero and learn about the important work he does as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Thank you Mr. Ealey for inspiring the next generation of helpers! 💙💉👨🏽‍⚕️ #
