2024 has been a blessing As we reflect on our experiences within the Day Care industry, we've been in the industry now for 13 years and 8 years at this location. It has been a joy getting to know families. I worked at Headstart for 20 years now. We are reminded of the numerous instances of kindness and compassion we've witnessed. However, we've also seen a significant amount of negativity and competition. Rather than working together, some individuals in the industry, including Directors, and owners, engage in destructive behavior towards one another. This can manifest as presenting a false facade of friendship on social media and in person, while secretly undermining their competitors. As people of faith, it's essential to recognize that such actions are not only unethical but also contradictory to our values. We must conduct ourselves with integrity, recognizing that our actions will ultimately be exposed. Rather than focusing on tearing each other down, let's work towards building each other up. The Day Care industry is vast, and there is sufficient business to sustain everyone. God is so good to us.
Merry Christmas and Happy Prosperous New Year 2025 even greater things are coming this year. We would like to thank every parent that came through our Door entrusting us with you Little Miracle's. We say thank you again and thank God for His Mercy and Grace.
