ABAC Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society (Omega Delta) ABAC PTK is an honor society that offers a wide range of academic opportunities. Other membership requirements can be found on the Phi Theta Kappa website.

This page is designed to promote events and communicate activities of the Omega Delta chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Scoiety to the public. This chapter is located at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College of Tiftion, GA, and is comprised of brilliant students involved in many different fields of study at ABAC. Students can only be accepted as members of this international society by means of

invitation. Students will only receive such invitation if they have a 3.5 GPA or above on a 4.0 scale and are in excellent standing with the college and its faculty. www.ptk.org

* Our next meeting is Thursday, September 12th at 5pm in King Hall, rm 113!

* Meetings will be every 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month.

* New members and students considering joining: please join us next Thursday!

* We have a few upcoming events that are fun and look good on your resume!

New member invites will be sent out soon! We are so ready to have you!

We do have some academic requirements, so if you don't meet them right now, you can start preparing.

To become a member of PTK, you must:
✅ have 12 course hours ~completed~
✅ have a GPA of 3.5 or above - then maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above

That's it!! It's so simple! We do have a one time membership fee, but there are scholarships avaliable to cover your member fee!

Welcome back, or welcome to ABAC Fall 2019!!

We jump in fresh tomorrow, Thursday, August 22nd with our first meeting at 5:15! This first meeting will be in the library, regular official meeting location TBA.

This meeting will be all about our fall schedule and having fellowship! We will have food, refreshments, and sweets!

Important information regarding this semester's meetings below!

We will meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month in Conger 207 at 5pm.

Our first official meeting is February 13th, but we will have a new member orientation on Wednesday, January 30th in Conger 107 at 5pm.

Officers! We will meet 15 minutes early on the second Wednesdays to go over official information.
