Tiffin University welcomed Ivy Watts to campus last Friday for sessions focused on mental wellness, self-care and supporting student well-being.

Drawing from her experiences as a former All-American student-athlete, Watts shared insights on navigating stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Her sessions encouraged students, faculty and staff to prioritize their mental health while building the skills to support others.

Thank you to Ivy Watts for sharing her story and helping strengthen a culture of care across the TU community.

We’re proud to partner with the Ohio Department of Public Safety and local public safety agencies for Built for the Badge!

Tiffin University is partnering with the Ohio Department of Public Safety today to host Built for the Badge, an initiative promoting physical and mental wellness while connecting students with public safety career opportunities.

The event will feature workout sessions, health and wellness resources and opportunities to connect with local and state public safety agencies about internships and career pathways.

Built for the Badge takes place Friday, Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Hayes Courtyard on TU’s campus. The event is free and open to the public.
