After the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act in July of 2025, almost all Ohio farmers will soon receive for the 2025 program crop year the higher of the per base acre payment from Agriculture Risk Coverage-County (ARC-CO) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) regardless of their original program election. All Coloring Contest entries are due next Friday, October 16. Anyone 5 years old and up can participate. The age divisions are 5-8, 9-12, and 13+. The winner of each age division will win a prize sponsored by Seneca County 4-H Advisory Council! All entries are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 16th.
